DURATOP AVM-16
Vinyl Solution Coatings
Technical Data Sheet

PDF FORMAT

The Duratop coating is a specifically formulated vinyl maintenance coating to provide a chemical bond to powder applied vinyl top coats.  The system also exhibits excellent adhesion, weather and corrosion protection when applied to properly pretreated metal substrates.

The DURATOP solution coating, unlike a paint, is formulated to simulate the base vinyl powder applied top coat, i.e. the resin content in ratio to pigment is roughly double that of an ordinary enamel or lacquer paint.  The higher resin content affords greater corrosion and chalk resistance when exposed to especially corrosive weathering environments.

This is an ideal application for uncovered exposed ends old fence and a good touch up paint for damaged fence.

Application of DURATOP is via conventional spray or brushing.
